Dividend Distribution Policy

Gazit-Globe's primary objective is the creation of value through long-term maximization of cash flow and capital appreciation, while improving its properties and increasing its dividends over time.

The Company has announced that as of the first quarter of 2012, the quarterly dividend will be NIS 0.40 per share (NIS 1.60 per share annually).
