Norstar Holdings Inc. (formerly Gazit Inc.) - A publicly traded holding company whose shares are traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE: NSTR). Mr. Chaim Katzman is the controlling shareholder of Norstar Holdings.  Mr. Dori Segal is a major shareholder in the Company. Norstar Holdings is the controlling shareholder of Gazit-Globe. Norstar Holdings also holds approximately 11% interest in Ormat Industries.
