First Capital Realty is Canada’s leading owner, developer and operator of supermarket and drugstore-anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers, located predominantly in growing metropolitan areas. First Capital Realty is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: FCR). FCR owns over 166 properties with a total GLA of approximately 2.1 million square meters.
Atrium European Real Estate
Atrium European Real Estate is an owner, operator and developer of shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe. The Company is listed on Euronext Amsterdam (Euronext: ATRS) and the Vienna Stock Exchange (VSX:ATRS). Atrium owns over 155 properties with a total GLA of approximately 1.2 million square meters.
ProMed Properties is a privately owned subsidiary of Gazit-Globe. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and management of medical and research office buildings in growing metropolitan areas of the United States located mostly in proximity to hospitals and university campuses. ProMed owns and operates 16 buildings with a total GLA of approximately 140,000 square meters.
Gazit-Globe Israel (Development)
Gazit Globe Israel is engaged in the acquisition, development and management of shopping centers in Israel. It owns 10 properties with a total GLA of approximately 127,000 sqm as well as land for future development. Gazit Globe Israel is owned 75% by Gazit-Globe. Gazit Globe Israel also operates in Bulgaria and Macedonia. It is also the controlling shareholder of Dori Group (73.9%), a public company traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE: DORI) and one of Israel’s leading construction companies. Dori Group is active in a wide array of real estate development and construction activities in Israel and overseas.
Gazit Germany is a fully owned subsidiary of Gazit-Globe. The company is active in the shopping center sector. Gazit Germany owns and operates 6 properties with a total GLA of approximately 99,000 square meters.
Gazit Brazil is a fully owned subsidiary of Gazit-Globe. Gazit Brazil is active in the acquisition, development and management of shopping centers in Brazil. Gazit Brazil owns and operates 3 shopping centers with a total GLA of approximately 23,000 sqaure meters and one shopping center under development.
